Art You Alive Filmproduction is an award-winning independent film company founded in 2017. The company grew out of the creative partnership between Kassandra’s background in theatre and dance and Daniel’s expertise in film and photography. Their early shorts, SEA MONSTER and #NOFILTER, screened at festivals across North America and Europe; #NOFILTER won Outstanding BC Film and Outstanding Cinematography at the 2019 Short Circuit Pacific Rim Film Festival.

In 2019, they co-produced two international projects in Andalusia, Spain, with The Winter Film Company, where Kassandra starred and Daniel served as cinematographer. These collaborations laid the groundwork for their debut feature, CRAWDADDY, which premiered at the Newport Beach Film Festival in 2023 and was later released by Gravitas Ventures—solidifying Art You Alive Filmproduction as a rising voice in independent cinema.
